Outstretched Hands International Ministries of Christ is a ministry family rooted in worship, service, spiritual growth, and meaningful connection.
Temple of Compassion & Deliverance serves as Outstretched Hands Headquarters in Tupelo, Mississippi. From its beginning, the ministry has carried a clear commitment: extend the love of Christ to people from every walk of life and create space for lives to be restored, strengthened, and transformed.

The OSHIMOC story began with a clear spiritual direction and unfolded through years of faithful leadership, growth, and service.
The name
The name Outstretched Hands was revealed as a picture of God reaching toward all people, regardless of background or circumstance.
The manifestation
Bishop Parks accepted the position of Bishop of Outstretched Hands Ministries and formally carried the vision forward.
A new chapter
The ministry stepped into independence as Outstretched Hands International Ministries of Christ, Inc.

Bishop Clarence Lee Parks has devoted his life to ministry, community service, outreach, and the work of building bridges across communities. His leadership has touched Northeast Mississippi and extended through ministry partnerships, conferences, broadcasting, and international service.
His legacy is marked by steadfast faith, compassionate action, and a commitment to preparing others to serve.
